This is Rebid for the following trades only: Structural steel, demolition, rough carpentry, drywall, painting, LVT, carpet, ceramic tile, epoxy, case work The Board of Education of Community High School District 94, DuPage County, Illinois hereby gives notice that sealed lump sum bids will be received for the 2025 Capital Improvements Project at West Chicago Community High School, 326 Joliet Street, West Chicago, Illinois 60185. Please submit bids in duplicate in a sealed envelope marked "West Chicago Community HS D94 2025 Capital Improvements" with the trade noted on the envelope and submitted to the Attention of Dan Oberg, Director of Business Services. The work shall consist of, but shall not be limited to, the following trades: Site excavation, shoring, structural steel, concrete, demolition, carpentry, drywall, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, painting, flooring-carpet, ceramic tile, epoxy, casework. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and Davis-Bacon Act. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening.
