Hamblen County Dept. of Education The Hamblen County Department of Education is seeking bids for the following: The renovation of classrooms at Meadowview Middle School, 1623 Meadowview Lane, Morristown, Tennessee AND Lincoln Heights Middle School, 219 Lincoln Avenue, Morristown, Tennessee. HCBOE reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Hamblen County Schools reserves the right to award any combination of the (2) projects.
