Auditorium Seating - Morristown East High School Direct inquiries to Hugh Clement, Assistant Superintendent at 423-581-3118. HCBOE reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. The base Bid shall include the delivery and installation of auditorium seating requested in this bid document. The bid shall include all associated costs to furnish, deliver and install the seating. Any changes to the bid specifications will be issued through addendum. The approved contractor shall be held liable for any property damage by its equipment and/or employees.
