This special provision addresses the Contractor's involvement with railroad flagging, Contractor Safety Orientation, Contractor Background Investigation, Contractor Roadway Worker on Track Safety Program and Safety Action Plan, and any other requirements set forth by the Railroad and any attached Exhibits. Prior to bidding, the Contractor shall read and comply with the requirements of the Railroad and any attached Exhibits. The Contractor shall contact the Railroad concerning insurance coverage requirements, Railroad flagging costs, Contractor Safety Orientation, Contractor Background Investigation, Contractor Roadway Worker on Track Safety Program and Safety Action Plan, and any other requirements set forth by the Railroad and any attached Exhibits.
