A. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to furnish and install a complete landfill gas (LFG) extraction and flare equipment skid(s) to meet the design requirements listed hereafter. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor needed to furnish, fabricate, test, and transport all materials and equipment as specified. Contractor shall install equipment Contractor shall provide installation, start-up, and testing of all furnished components per manufacturer's guidance, specifications, and drawings to provide a complete and operable system. B. Contractor shall propose a landfill gas extraction and flare equipment to function as a system. Equipment shall be designed by a single manufacturer. C. Furnish and install a control panel for the LFG extraction system and flare. All controls, instrumentation, and equipment shall be pre-wired and tested at the fabrication facility. D. The landfill gas extraction skid and flare equipment shall include at a minimum the items listed below in accordance with these specifications and the attached drawings. 1. Furnish and install pre-fabricated landfill gas extraction skid for outdoor installation. 2. Furnish and install flare skid for installation on proposed exterior concrete pad. 3. Furnish and install pilot ignition system with pilot gas tanks. 4. Furnish and install all electrical wiring and gas supply piping for operation and control of the extraction equipment. 5. Start-up and commissioning. E. The flare shall be capable of combusting landfill gas in accordance with regulations, as well as specifications and drawings.
