This is a Contract for a Public Works Project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Further instructions are identified under the Instruction to Bidders in the contract documents. The work will include finish upgrades in the existing main office space, new security at entry lobby, new storefront with doors at main entry with new accessibility upgrades, multi-purpose room restroom accessibility upgrades, new public address/intercom system, new reduced pressure backflow assembly with enclosure, and remove and replace portions of the existing roof systems, added roof drains, new gutters, downspouts, roof access ladder, and roof hatch per roofing assessment recommendations.
