Reference Number 0000284679 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/17 04:00:00 PM CST The Scope of Work is presented in detail in Section 4.0 of this document. Within a Project Team environment, the Design Consultant shall provide architectural and engineering services to the First Nation and will ensure that the Project is completed within the approved design scope, schedule and budget. The Design Consultant will perform the work outlined in a substantial, cost-effective, complete and professional manner. The Design Consultant must furnish everything necessary for undertaking the work and shall not omit any details necessary for its proper performance and completion, even if specific mention of such details is not made in these Terms of Reference. Pauingassi First Nation (PFN) expects that the Design Consultant shall employ scientifically defensible, appropriate and reliable engineering practices. The Design Consultant shall not submit, either directly or indirectly, a bid for a construction contract related to the Project. The Design Consultant is defined as a person, firm or corporation with a successful record of providing architectural and engineering services related to similar projects to an approved scope of work, schedule and budget. The members of the Evaluation Team for this proposal shall consist of two representatives from Pauingassi First Nation, one from the Project Manager - Colliers Project Leaders, and two ISC Project Officers. The ISC representatives will include the Project Officer assigned to the Project. Members of the team will be present at the opening of the proposals and undertake their review and rating as outlined in Section 9.0 and Appendix "A".
