Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

North Bank Pavilion is a facility located at 311 W Long St, Columbus, OH 43215. The improvements includes: 1. Exterior work to remove the existing splash pad / fountain including below-grade plumbing work; restoration of brick paving and installation of new landscaping features; minor electric work 2. General interior work to restore or replace finishes, flooring, ceilings, doors, and equipment 3. Replacement of HVAC systems including requiring plumbing and electric work. 4. Refer the to project drawings for the full extent of all work. The bid bond amount shall be equal to or exceed ten percent of this total amount. If the contract amount is to be in excess of $100,000.00, the successful bidder will be required to secure a contract performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. MBE/WBE Goal for This Contract: 15% The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about September 8, 2025. The contractor will not be allowed to mobilize to the site any sooner than December 21, 2025, and all work is to be complete by April 30, 2026.
