Roadway reconstruction, paving, curb and gutter County: Franklin County Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Same as solicitation deadline. All questions about the meaning or intent of the proposal documents are to be submitted online via the Bid Express(R) service. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda online via the Bid Express(R) service. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The project consists of two parts. Part 1 includes reconstructing Minerva Lake Road from Farview Road to State Route 3; associated drainage, site, and signage improvements; and associated demolition and site restoration. Part 2 includes reconstructing Northland Plaza Drive from Ponderosa Drive to Farview Road, including associated signage and site improvements. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before the times specified in the proposal documents
