Renovation of a mixed-use development in Exeter, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: The scope of work will include the renovation of approximately 9,500 sq ft of the existing Exeter Milligan Public School, in an existing gym, the existing music room, the existing fitness room and the existing shop building. The renovated areas will include classrooms, library, restrooms, fitness room and corridor. Specific construction activities will include: Concrete slabs on grade, masonry patching, metal studs, VCT, carpeting, gyp board, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, hollow metal frames, wood doors, aluminum entrance framing, HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents. Phase 3 Start: June 3, 2025: Renovate old shop into community building including Classroom 001, Equipment 002, Corridor 004, Restrooms 003, 005, and 006, Fitness 107, and Corridors 008, 009, and 010. Substantial Completion: October 1, 2025.
