This Project Consists of a 2 Hma Overlay for Arroyo Road, Hackberry Drive and Cemetery Road, It Will Include Preparation of the Existing Surface by Milling Along the Curb Line, Applying Tack and Installing 2 Overlay. All Work is to Meet the Plans, Specifications and City Standards. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities. A Performance and Payment Bond is Required on This Project Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages A. The Successful Bidder is Allowed 120 (With Alternate) or 100 Calendar Days to Complete the Project From the Date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed at $1,000.00 for Each Consecutive Calendar Day for Which the Work is Not Substantially Complete and $1,000.00 for Each Consecutive Calendar Day for Which All of the Work Listed on the Punch List is Not Complete. Anticipated Notice to Proceed Will Be on April 1, 2025. 1.6 Bidder S Qualifications A.
