Project will also include warning track adjustments and surface mix as indicated on plans BID SECURITY Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount . No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The successful Bidder is allowed 45 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete.
