The City of Gering, Nebraska is seeking submission of proposals from qualified Professional Engineering firms for assistance with the following project: Design of 10MW Electrical Substation . Professional Services for the RFQ will produce an in-depth assessment of its electrical distribution system to ensure its reliability, capacity, and resilience.
