A timeline for the a Request for Proposals for CM has not yet been established.** Gering Public Schools, legally known as Scotts Bluff County School District 79-0016, is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project, that is likely to include but not necessarily limited to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction likely resulting in, but not necessarily limited to, a middle school, a track facility, new or updated classrooms, commons space, career and technical education facilities, food service, athletic facilities, performing arts, administrative offices, supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements. The School District may require that a bond issue must be approved by the voters of the school district for this project to advance into the construction phase.
