Paving and renovation of an educational facility in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Gering Public Schools is accepting sealed Requests For Proposal (RFP) for the Northfield Elementary Roof Replacement project. The scope of work includes: removal of the existing EPDM roof system and cover board, installation of new Carlisle Versico 1/2-inch HD hail impact underlayment mechanically attached with screws and 3-inch plates, installation of Carlisle 60 mil TPO fully adhered roof system, installation of TPO flashing on all roof penetrations and seal, installation of new sheet metal edge flashing, counter flashings, and termination flashing and seal, provision of final clean up, and provision of a 20-year warranty. Bids must be signed, executed, and dated, and received at the Gering Public Schools Office before 2:00 PM (local standard time) on October 21, 2025. Offers submitted after this time will be returned unopened. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the deadline. Amendments to submitted offers are permitted if received in writing prior to bid closing and endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the offer.
