The successful Bidder is allowed 40 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete.
