The purpose is to solicit proposals from qualified Lighting Integrators, Electrical Contractors, or Partners to provide a turnkey lighting solution for Gering Public Schools. This project includes procurement, installation, programming, and commissioning of theatrical stage lighting, architectural cove lighting, and dimming system upgrades. The coverage applies to the Gering High School auditorium and associated performance spaces, with the possibility for modifications to scope, quantities, or participation. The scope includes: - Theatrical Lighting Upgrade: Supply and install twelve theatrical spot lights with specified warranties and associated accessories, including installation, circuit discovery, documentation, and integration into the Paradigm system. - Dimming & Control System Upgrade: Provide and install an ETC Paradigm 7" Touchscreen, ETC Net Switch, comprehensive upgrade of existing dimmer rack by certified technician, and installation of two wireless gateway interfaces for wireless integration with the ETC system. - Architectural Cove Lighting: Supply and install SpecFlex AFS 24V LED Strip (RGBW, 3000K) systems for two cove locations, with appropriate drivers, decoders, mounting channels, and lenses. - Downlighting & Miscellaneous Fixtures: Supply and install seventy 8" downlights meeting specified requirements, support gear, spares, and wireless modules for mesh control. Bidders are to provide a cost summary itemized by hardware, installation, and commissioning per the Bill of Materials. Total project cost must include shipping.
