This proposal is for supplying materials only. The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Sta. 17+28.10 Build 51'-0" (2-24'-0") Spans Precast Concrete Deck Slab Bridge. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Scotts Bluff County Board of Commissioners. The bidder will include an estimated time of fabrication and delivery of materials to the project site with the proposal. The Supplier will be allowed 90 calendar days for fabrication and supply of materials to the project site. The required material delivery date for the project is September 1, 2025. The Scotts Bluff Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
