Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists with the construction of concrete base footings and the installation of eight (8) pre-furnished shade structures to meet the plans and specifications provided. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The successful Bidder is allowed 45 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Anticipated Notice to Proceed will be on March 11, 2025 subject to acceptance of alternate. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. Bidder must provide references on past work experience with similar projects.
