This Project consists of providing a three-stop hydraulic elevator and all associated assemblies at the Dimond Park Field House. Parts of the field house will be open to the public and or staff part of the time. See 011000 Summary of Work for specifics. This work includes mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, rough and finish carpentry scope The site of the WORK is the Dimond Park Field House, located at 2961 Riverside Dr., Juneau, Alaska 99801. Architect's Estimate Range: Between $600,000 and $700,000. Commencement of On-Site Work June 1, 2025, Earliest Start Date Substantial Completion August 15, 2025 Final Completion August 29, 2025 Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 4:30 PM AKT Bidding, Contract, or Technical Questions. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is provided as described in Section 00100, Article 12, at the time of bid. The Bidder shall guarantee the Bid for a period of 120 Days from the date of Bid opening. Any component of the Bid may be awarded anytime during the 120 Days. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as it may best serve the interests of the OWNER. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineering Contracts Administrator. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineering Contracts Administrator in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum, mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineering Contracts Administrator, or OWNER, as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than seven Days prior to the Deadline for Bids may not be answered.
