As a minimum, the Specialist Engineer shall visit the site as required during structural works to meet the terms of the inspections described herein and in accordance with the CAIS requirements. The General Structural Specialist must also be available on-call for immediate assistance to the CA to respond to critical issues. The General Structural Specialist shall attend the site during all critical structural operations identified in the Specialty Work Plan or by the CA. The construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2023-4025 The primary purpose of this project is the rehabilitation of CNR overhead (Site ID 07X-0100/B0) on Hwy 15 northeast of Kingston.
