This project includes the development of a soccer field complex featuring an illuminated parking facility with a capacity of 146 vehicles, dumpster enclosure, complemented by sidewalks and pedestrian pathways to ensure safe and efficient circulation throughout the site. In addition, the complex will include a single-story 2,487gsf multipurpose building designed to house men’s and women’s restrooms, A meeting room with seating for 20 people, a concession stand for food and beverages services, storage areas for recreational equipment and maintenance needs, as well as dedicated mechanical and electrical rooms to support the proper functioning of building systems.
