Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bonita Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and 2,487-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

This project includes the development of a soccer field complex featuring an illuminated parking facility with a capacity of 146 vehicles, dumpster enclosure, complemented by sidewalks and pedestrian pathways to ensure safe and efficient circulation throughout the site. In addition, the complex will include a single-story 2,487gsf multipurpose building designed to house men’s and women’s restrooms, A meeting room with seating for 20 people, a concession stand for food and beverages services, storage areas for recreational equipment and maintenance needs, as well as dedicated mechanical and electrical rooms to support the proper functioning of building systems. Note from bidder Envirostruct: RFI Response on Gofer Turtle Relocation : We have confirmed the permitting and relocation is under the scope of Atwell Environmental. They only need you to provide a backhoe and operator on standby for 4 days to assist with the excavations. Atwell will handle the final Gopher Turtle survey prior to removal, which will be good for 90 days.
