The Work of this Contract, designated GR60-37 - Greenwood Carhouse - Elevated Track Repairs on Sections 29 North and 30 North, consists of: The supply of labour, equipment, and materials to construct rail support framing, and install new elevated rail lighting within Greenwood Carhouse. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal of elevated rail lighting, associated conduits, and wiring. Removal of existing elevated rails and supporting steel structures. Safety Critical Note: The existing rails may snap during removal as they are under stress and are fully restrained at supports. Take all the necessary precautions when removing the rails to ensure removals are done safely. Contractor to address in Safe Work Plan submittal for TTC's review. Repair of existing floor slab. Installation of new steel columns and steel beams. Installation of new conduits and wiring for new rail lighting. Installation of new rail lighting. The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC.
