Interior Walls Are Metal Stud With Drywall. Floor System Consist of Steel Bar Joists, Steel Deck, Concrete With Wood Roof Trusses. Existing Building is on the Historical Register. The New Addition Shall Be Built First and Then the Renovation Work May Be Started.
