It is the intent of this bid to establish a Contractor(s) to furnish and/or deliver and/or apply road materials, including but not limited to geotextiles, for the City of Allentown as may be required for the period from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Submissions Must Include a Scanned Copy of the Bid Bond as Stated Above Through Online in the Appropriate Drop Down. The Proposal Page Must Be Completed and Submitted Through Online. Other Forms Must Be Completed and Uploaded to Online. Applicable Bid Security Must Be Mailed and Delivered Prior to the Bid Opening, in a Clearly Marked Envelope With the Bid Number Listed in This Document, to the Purchasing Department. When you upload a document or save your submission, your response is immediately submitted. However, you are the only one who will have access to your information until the bid closes. This means you can come back any time before the bid closes and edit your response information. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing@allentownpa.gov. No faxed, emailed, or mailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the prevailing date and time will be rejected as non-responsive.
