Reference Number 0000372137 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications is to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to complete our wildfire mitigation project analysis, to estimate the cost of plan analysis to include project prioritization, recommended mitigation types, methods, scopes of work, and costs, for specified general projects identified in the 2023 Routt County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP). The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Agreement Regarding Provision of Professional Services by March 4, 2025, with the project completed by September 12, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK a. This project may be multijurisdictional if other agencies in Routt County elect to participate. Proposals should indicate the incremental cost increase for the inclusion of other jurisdictions at the time of project execution. b. Routt County will procure a contractor to (1) review and understand the Routt County wildfire hazard as identified in the CWPP, (2) conduct analysis of Routt County mitigation projects, and prioritize based on criticality, and (3) develop scopes of work, project plans, and cost estimates for mitigation projects selected by OEM.
