The WORK includes removal and replacement of existing pipe, installation of new pipe sections, re-grading sections of ditch, installation of bank protection and stabilization, installation of impermeable liner between existing and new pipes, installation of overflow/overtopping protection, removal of sediment at existing headgate, installation of spray liner in existing pipes, installation of Sontek flow meter, and re-alignment and stabilization of ditch channel at outfall. PROJECT LOCATION: Stillwater Ditch, starting approximately 0.25 miles downstream of Yamcolo Reservoir outlet, Garfield and Routt Counties Colorado. From the Town of Yampa, southwest on CO Rd 7 and Forest Road 900 for about 11 miles. This is the start of the Stillwater Ditch. Access to the Stillwater Ditch can also be made from the intersection of Forest Road 900 to Forest Road 910. Once on Forest Road 910, travel about 1 mile to intersection with Stillwater Ditch. This is approximately 1 mile downstream on the Stillwater Ditch. The scope of this project includes constructing and/or installing the following: o Removal and replacement of existing pipe. o Installation of new pipe sections. o Regrading sections of ditch. o Installation of bank protection and stabilization. o Installation of impermeable liner between existing and new pipes, as shown on drawings, minimizing disturbance to existing pipes. o Installation of overflow/overtopping protection. o Removal of sediment at existing headgate o Installation of spray liner in existing pipes. o Installation of Sontek flow meter. o Realignment and stabilization of ditch channel at outfall.
