Site work for a civil project in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally consists of the following: . Below grade concrete wet well and dry well, . Dewatering, . erosion control, . concrete masonry access house, . grading, process piping and valves, . yard piping and valves, . connection to existing utilities, . existing lift station modifications, . process integration, . electrical, instrumentation and controls . Ancillary work for a complete and operational lift station. The work shall be substantially completed no later than October 31, 2025, and fully completed no later than December 1, 2025 ; weather, ground conditions and material availability allowing. The ENGINEER will maintain a plan holders list. A BID GUARANTEE in the amount of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required. PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT is required. The Mount Werner Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its sole opinion, best serves the needs and interests of the Mount Werner Water District and its constituents.
