Reference Number 0000378823 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Steamboat Springs is accepting proposals for the striping of City of SteamboatSprings streets in 2025. It is the intent of the City to enter a one-year contract with the selectedparty with the option to renew for four one-year term extensions. The Streets Superintendentwill provide the striping locations annually. The selected party shall be responsible for the following: 1. Striping must start no earlier than June 16, 2025, and must be completed by June 30, 2025. (Weather Dependent). 2. All streets that receive striping must be dry and clean. 3. Contractor to provide sweeper to clean roads as needed. 4. Contractor will provide required signage and traffic control devices. 5. Contractor is required to drop cones on fresh pavement markings. 6. Contractor is responsible for removing paint tracking. 7. Contractor is responsible for private vehicles that may get paint on their vehicles. 8. Contractor will work with the Streets Superintendent, who will provide the striping locations annually. 9. Refer to "CDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2023" section 627 pavement markings for material type and application rates. 10. Pavement Marking Paint High Build is requested for this project.
