The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (hereinafter referred to as the "District") invites proposals from qualified firms to install HVLS Fans in the GSP Air Cargo Facility located at 3090 Gateway Drive Suite 2 Greer, SC 29651. This document outlines the selection process, Scope of Work (SOW), and documentation necessary to submit a responsive proposal. It is strongly recommended that offerors review the entire document prior to submitting a proposal. The District desires a turn-key solution from the awarded offeror that provides design, engineering, sourcing, permitting, assembly and installation of new, fully functioning HVLS fans. To meet this requirement, the District is proposing to establish a contract through competitive sealed proposals. The successful offeror will possess and apply the knowledge required to ensure compliance with all state, local and county requirements. They must be proven, reliable, and a subject matter expert. Offerors must demonstrate a successful track record of services at sites similar in size to the District.
