The William S. Hart Union High School District (District) is requesting the assistance of professional firms to: Assist the District with the design, assessment, implementation, documentation, and reporting requirements for the Assembly Bill (841) California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing, and Efficiency Ventilation (CalSHAPE) Program. In addition, proposing Firms are expected to comply with all Division of State Architect (DSA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Public Works project requirements, as applicable, including payment of a prevailing wage and related labor reporting requirements. Deadline for Request for Information/Clarification: January 27, 2025, 2:00pm Deadline for District Clarifications: January 31, 2025, 5:00pm B General Building; C4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting; C10 Electrical; and C20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor. The William S. Hart Union High School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or to reject any one or more items within a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the qualifications proposal or the bidding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
