Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

Sports Facilities at Station Camp High School Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Tennessee or by a cashier's check or certified check on a duly authorized bank made payable to the owner in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required contract will be executed and the required performance and payment bonds furnished. Said bond or check will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders as soon as the contract has been awarded, and the successful bidder as soon as he has executed the contract and furnished the necessary bonds and the contract has been executed by the owner. 5% Bidders Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the owner. No contract is given or implied to the successful bidder until the project is fully funded and a written contract is offered by Sumner County Schools and signed by all parties.
