The City of Tucson, hereinafter referred to as COT is conducting a competitive One-Step Process to retain approximately three (3) Firms to provide electrical design, SCADA design, and start up services for water production facilities. The City is seeking firms (hereinafter referred to as Consultant) to provide consultant services in the form of a multi-disciplinary team. Tucson Water operates a large number of water reservoirs, boosters, wells, and control valves. The majority of these Facilities are monitored and controlled remotely by a central operator through a SCADA System. The type of work anticipated will include: 1. Review and evaluation of existing facilities under consideration for modification. 2. Review and comment on submitted design plans for conformance to Tucson Water standards and specifications. 3. Design of electrical power systems and control systems for new or modified construction. 4. Inspection and startup of new or modified facilities.
