Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for the removal and disposal of an existing stairway lift as well as all materials, labor, shipping, handling, preparation and installation of a new stairway lift at Ocoee Middle School located at 2250 N Ocoee Street, Cleveland, TN 37311. o Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing stairway lift; o All Materials and Labor required to install a replacement stairway lift; o All shipping and handling; o New stairway lift must be equipped with all requisite accessories, safety features, and options to make it Code compliant and consistent with industry standards for educational facilities; o New stairway lift to traverse existing stairs from landing to landing, 10 risers @ approximately 6 1/2 " each and 9 treads at approximately 12" each for an overall height of 65"; o Existing power disconnect is 30A, 240V; o Photos provided for reference only.
