Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is approximately 300 L.F. of 6-inch ductile iron pipe waterline. Cleveland Utilities will provide the DI water pipe. Contractor is responsible for providing all other materials. Bids for furnishing of materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the Moore Circle Road, NW waterline extension No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Low bidder will be expected to order materials and begin construction as soon as possible. All questions should be directed to Brian Sells. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
