Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work will consist of the following items: installation of approximately 690' of 12" PVC water main between Well #7 and existing water main near Well #6; construction of a well pump house including interior piping, electrical, heating, ventilation and exterior concrete; electrical work to provide power from existing power supply to well pump house #7; installation of approximately 255' of 8" PVC water main; installation of 2" PE water service; and HVAC and electrical upgrades to well pump house #6. The North Tazewell Public Water District, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
