Q&A Deadline January 21, 2025 2:00 PM (PST) Pavement Rehabilitation Project Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: The rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of parking lot pavement section, curb and gutter, valley gutter, sidewalks, reinforced concrete driveways, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.0116 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works. Liquidated Damages $1000/day *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
