Reference Number : 0000369477 The Village of Orland Park is requesting bids/proposals for Generator, Transfer Switch and UPS Maintenance and Repairs. The intent of this bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor or contractors having experience in Generator, Transfer Switch and/or UPS maintenance and repairs for a contract term of three (3) years (2025-2027) with an option for the Village to extend the contract for an additional two (2) years (2028-2029) at the Village's discretion. General Requirements - Insurance Required Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit, as earnest money, in the form of a bid bond, a certified check or cashier's check, drawn on a responsible bank, made payable to the Village of Orland Park for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid price. After Contract award, the Village will return deposits to unsuccessful Bidders. Bid Bond is Not Applicable. Only one (1) original bid bond document is required and is to be submitted with the paper copy to the Clerk's Office.
