Site work for a civil project in Davis, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of 1,500 feet of 6-inch PVC water transmission line as well as other miscellaneous valves and appurtenances that ties into the existing Turner Falls 100,000-gallon storage tank piping and leads to the proposed Turner Falls Bath House site near Honey Creek. Project includes installation of waterline and all associated valves and appurtenances. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base Bid and all alternates) and in the form of certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Article 6 of the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owner's requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance. When the successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by required bonds and insurance documentation. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
