The primary focus of the project is to repair and improve the structural and aesthetic integrity of the exterior. Work Description: 1. Roofing: o Remove existing roof materials as necessary. o Install new metal roofing across the entire roof structure. o Ensure proper underlayment, flashing, and weatherproofing are included in the installation. o Dispose of all debris from the roofing replacement. 2. Siding Repair: o Inspect all exterior siding for damage or deterioration. o Replace approximately 25% of the siding (estimate: ~84 square feet) with new material matching or complementing existing aesthetics. o Ensure seamless integration with the existing siding. 3. Trim Repair: o Inspect and repair exterior trim elements (e.g., fascia, soffits, window/door trims). o Replace damaged or deteriorated trim with materials of similar style and dimensions. o Prepare all trim surfaces for paint. 4.
