All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes. The project consists of the complete demolition and removal of Cabin 1, a pierand-beam structure with a crawl space, measuring approximately 45 feet by 30 feet. The cabin is located between two privately owned residential dwellings within Turner Falls Park. City of Davis is accepting sealed bids to demolish and clean up two cabin structures inside Turner Falls Park, Davis, OK. The bid must include all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the cleanup and removal of the structures, including foundations, grading, and leveling of the lots.
