The Project generally involves removal and replacement of failed asphalt concrete pavement on approximately 69 miles of various City streets city-wide in preparation for the 2025 LS Sealing Project. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of failed asphalt concrete pavement, raising appurtenances to grade, reconstruction of survey monument boxes, street sweeping, preparing traffic control drawings, obtaining permits, and preparing storm drain inlet protection. The Contractor's Faithful Performance Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. The Contractor's Payment Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount.
