The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting bids for a Renovation and Maintenance Job Order Contract (JOC), hereinafter referred to as the Project. Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise in maintenance, repair and minor construction of public works. This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and qualification statements. the initial 12-month term of such Contract(s). The Bidder(s) to whom the Contract(s) will be awarded must possess current licensing in the following classification(s) issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board: License: Class B (General Building) Bidders are advised that they must have a California contractors license, classification Class B General Building certification to bid on this Project. All of Contractors subcontractors must also be properly licensed to perform the work for which they are responsible.
