Issuing agency: County of Santa Clara, CA Contract duration: 2 years Contract renewal: 3 annual renewals Prices good for: 1 year Regions: California, Santa Clara The general purpose of this project is to assess, upgrade, and install audio-visual solutions with modernized and integrated new technologies throughout the library district. The SSCLD intends to align its audio-visual standards with those of the County of Santa Clara (“County”) to ensure adequate support from the County’s Technology Services and Solutions (TSS) Department and consistent user experience. The SCCLD is looking for a contractor or contractors that can suggest solutions to meet the library’s audio-visual needs, procure hardware and software needed to implement audio-video solutions, perform professional quality installations, and provide continuing preventative or break-fix maintenance and on-call services. Contractor shall provide services at all existing and future SCCLD service and outreach locations. Existing locations include the following: - Cupertino Library: 10800 Torre Ave., Cupertino, CA 95014 - Services and Support Center: 1370 Dell Ave., Campbell CA 95008 - Gilroy Library: 350 W. 6th St. Gilroy, CA 95020 - Los Altos Library: 13 S. San Antonio Rd. Los Altos, CA 94022 - Morgan Hill Library: 660 West Main Ave., Morgan Hill, CA 95037 - Woodland Library: 1975 Grant Rd., Los Altos, CA 94024 - Milpitas Library: 160 N. Main St., Milpitas, CA 95035 - Saratoga Library: 13650 Saratoga Ave., Saratoga, CA 95070
