CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING REQUIREMENT The Contractor must possess a C36 - Plumbing License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Contract duration: 1 year BIDDER'S SECURITY Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." BID BOND: The original bid bond shall be mailed/delivered and addressed to THE WORK The Work includes Plumbing Services, and the detailed Scope of Work is to be found under Exhibit C. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
