Renovation of a mixed-use development in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if, in her sole judgment, the best interest of the City of Somerville would be served by so doing. Remove approximately 70-75 damaged stone façade panels on the exterior of the building. DPW will mark out the damaged panels for removal. Clean existing tracks (top and bottom) to prepare the site for installation of new stone panels. Install replacement custom cut rails and stone panels (supplied by the City). Clean the work site and properly dispose of all debris off-site. Going forward, please address any questions or concerns regarding IFB 25-35 to Felisa Gárate (fgarate@somervillema.gov) or procurement@somervillema.gov QUESTIONS DUE: 1/24/2025 2pm
