Reference Number 0000284881 Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 17, 2025 02:00 PM PST Pricing Lump sum BGIS is soliciting quotations for the provision of Electrical Services for the BC and Yukon CBSA and PSPC sites for a three year term. Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits for bodily injury and property damage liability of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence, including personal injury, products/completed operations coverage, premises/operations liability, independent contractors liability and broad form contractual liability specifically in support of, but not limited to, the indemnity provisions set forth in this Agreement. The foregoing policy shall: (i) include a waiver of subrogation in favour of BGIS and Canada; (ii) be endorsed to include BGIS and Canada as an additional insured; and (iii) contain cross-liability and severability of interest coverage. This RFSO is to solicit all-inclusive hourly rates from interested and qualified vendors to supply services in the Electrical trade category, on an "as and when required" basis. The successful vendor upon evaluation will hold the electrical permit of the specific building during the term of the subsequent Standing Offer Agreement resulted from this RFSO. During the term of the Standing Offer Agreement, the Vendor will perform any electrical service requests or projects for the building of $100,000 and under. BGIS reserves the right to determine if and when to engage the Vendor for such service requests or projects. By no means, does this RFSO or the subsequent Standing Offer Agreements grant the exclusivity right to the Vendor for services within the Electrical trade category. BGIS reserves the right to request a breakdown of any and all quotes received under $10,000 during the Standing Offer Agreement. For any electrical services under $100,000, BGIS reserves the right to procure additional quotes to ensure BGIS will be obtaining the best value for these services. Vendors, as the electrical permit holders, will be required to sign off on any and all electrical services done under their respective permit at no charge to BGIS during the term of the Standing Offer Agreement.
