Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 11,500-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; medical facility; water / sewer project; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The work includes the construction of a new single-story healthcare facility approximately 11,500 sf. Work includes building shell and interior build-out. Building frame includes pre-engineered metal building frame with metal stud infill; exterior cladding includes brick veneer and metal panels. Interior work includes standard commercial-grade interior finishes, casework, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and power. Site work includes final grading, asphalt, concrete, landscape work, and partial site utilities. Work provided under separate, prior contract includes site preparation, partial site utilities, grading and drainage, and partial base stone on building pad and parking lot. Your firm is invited to submit an offer, in duplicate, under seal to Owner for the construction of a new Health Department Building in the Coffee County Joint Industrial Park.
