New construction of a water / sewer project in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant.

The Project consists of the following major elements but is not limited to: 1). Mechanical Items Inside the existing Raw Water Intake Building: a) Remove four (4) vertical turbine pumps (two 2600 GPM and two 5200 GPM) and motors; b) Remove pipe, valves, and other items designated for removal on the drawings; c) Furnish and install Four (4) New 5560 GPM vertical turbine pumps and 500 HP motors; d) Furnish and install new pipe and valves as shown on the drawings and specified 2). Electrical Work inside the existing Raw Water Intake Building: Including demolition and new items as shown on the drawings and specified 3). Electrical Site Work: Items of work shown on the drawings and specified, including installation of a new 480/2300 V transformer, furnished by the Owner 4). Electrical Work inside the existing Generator Building: Including items of work shown on the drawings and specified 5). New VFD – Power Equipment Building: including furnishing and installing a prefabricated metal building with items of equipment shown on the drawings and specified, including four 500 HP VFD’s, electrical panels, HVAC units, lighting, and other items shown on the drawings and specified 6). Structural Items inside the existing Raw Water Intake Building and on the site: Items of work shown on the drawings and specified, including concrete pads for new pumps, concrete pad for new transformer, concrete pad for new VFD-Power Equipment Building, and other miscellaneous items.
